Hevi-Haul offers three low-cost turning handles for all of its swivel skates. The HTH-45 Turning Handles come in three sizes (15" , 36", and 48") and can be used on any of the standard Hevi-Haul Swivel Skates. These turning handles are used to "crank" the skate when under the load and not to be used as a steering handle or tow handle (see model HSTH).
