2 Wheel Handtruck Handle Assembly Repair Parts

At Mapp Caster, we change the Magliner 1/4" phillips-head handle bolts for 5/16" hex-head bolts. We find the 5/16 bolts provide more strength to the handle assembly, are easier to repair and last longer than the 1/4" bolts. If you order replacement handle bolts from us, we will send the 5/16" bolts. To install, you will need to drill out the 1/4" holes to 5/16". We use an open-end 1/2" wrench to tighten or loosen the bolts as shown in the pictures below. If you insist on using the 1/4" thread bolts and nuts, call to order.
