How To Order

Call Mapp Caster during normal business hours (7:00 AM - 4:45 PM C.S.T.) Monday through Friday to place an order. If you wish, you can send us an Email and we will phone you. Let us know the part number or product you wish to purchase and the quantity.
When you see the button, just click on the button and use the Sales Cart to checkout. If you need to ship using some method other than UPS, or FedEx you will need to call. If you have any special instructions with your order, call or send an E-mail to sales@mappcaster.com
We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. We can also accept check or money order but will not ship the product until payment has been received. DO NOT SEND credit card numbers over the internet via Email. Only use the Sales Cart, or call us with credit card information. We do our best to protect your card numbers and we do not give out customer information for any reason.
You may also enter a purchase order. If you do not have an account with us, we will contact you to send us a credit application.
If you wish, we can calculate all costs and call you with a final total before you make your purchase. If product is not in stock, we will give you an estimate of delivery time. If product is in stock we usually ship the same or next business day. For Sales Cart orders, we will notify you about any problems or delays with your order via e-mail as soon as possible.
