Parts - Floor Locks

 Shop All

Floor locks offer a foot activated braking option for equipment & carts when used with casters of similar heights. In the retracted position the floor lock rolls freely with the equipment it is attached to. Once the spring loaded pedal is engaged on the floor lock, the rubber pad extends down to create forceful resistance to immobilize the equipment. Please note floor locks are not designed to be a jack and do not lift or directly support weight.

Parts - Weld Plate / Shims, & Turn Tables

Weld plates / shims allow you to weld the plate on to a piece of equipment and then bolt your casters to the plate to make replacing or removing the casters much easier. The plates can also be used as shim to make small increases to the height of the casters. 

Turn tables consist of two mounting plates, one above and one below the swivel section. Turn tables can be used in numerous application such as workstations & welding tables.

Quick Change Caster Plates/Pads

Quick change caster pads offer a quick and efficient way of changing out casters on a piece of equipment. This small investment will pay for itself with the reduction in maintenance time needed. There are two types of caster quick change pads available, the spring clip type and bolt type. The spring clip style can be bolted on or welded on and requires no tools to change the casters were as the bolt on style needs to be welded on and requires a wrench to change casters. These quick changes pads are used in numerous applications and often seen on equipment like dumpsters.

Parts - Raceway Seals

Raceway seals provide protections from dirt and debris entering the bearings in the swivel section improving grease retention and prolonging the life of the caster. Please note that standard raceway seal can withstand 140˚F while high temp seals are good for 350 ˚F.

Similar to raceway seals, thread guards protect the wheel hub and axle from potentially harmful dirt and debris like threads, hair, shrink wrap, etc. Please note that thread guards can not be used with plain bore wheels. The wheel must have some sort of bearing, for example, a ball bearing or rollering bearing.

Caster brakes come in a variety of sizes and styles such as top lock brakes, tech-lock brakes, cam brakes, and face contact brakes. While our brakes fit our brand, they may not fit other brands. Please check with us if you are not sure before ordering.

4 Position swivel locks allow you to make a swivel caster into a rigid caster with the locks being located every 90 degrees on the swivel section. The is especially helpful when moving heavy loads long distances while still maintaining the ability to make movements in all directions when the swivel locks are not engaged.
